Contrary to popular belief, sex does not relieve stress. In fact, it may even be the cause of more stress to your life. Think about it. All the things we go through to get sex (males) or all the things we go through to avoid it (females). When you add those things up, it produces a heavy weight on your shoulders.

Ok, I might be a bit unreasonable when I say it doesn't relieve any stress. Those few moments of climax during sex may cause a moment of ecstasy to distract your mind from every day hassles. But the things we go through before and after we get it just builds on top of the bullshit we through in our every day lives (like final exams).

For guys its stressful because of the process we go through. 1st you got to find a chick and hope she's not burning. Then you got to convince her that you're good enough to have sex with by going out and talking to her and shit like that. After you hit, you still got to deal with the bull. If you really don't like her that much you still have to stick around anyway because if you don't, you'll be the biggest asshole. If you like her a little, but not too much, you have to concentrate on avoiding a relationship with her, and that could bring more stress.

For girls it stressful because they have to put off having sex, even with a guy they like, because if they do it too soon, their hoes. But if they don't do it soon enough dude will probably leave because he's not getting any. Now lets say you like a dude and you decide to give it up a little earlier then you usually would. But after, he starts to act funny and you think he has another chick on the side. Now you're fucked and have more stress on your life all because of sex.

There are two ways for sex not to be stressful for guys. 1) You could be a complete asshole and not care about fucking a chick and nevertalkin to her again or 2) You could find a chick that would come to your house, apartment, or room and wake you up by sucking your dick till you nut, swallow it, then put a condom on for you and ride you till you nut again. Then gets up and walk her self out. All you have to do is take the condom off. That would definitely be non-stressful sex.

For girls there's only on way, by just not caring. If they can not care about what people say, what people think, and about niggas that hit and run, girls would be able to have non-stressful sex.

All in all sex does NOT relieve stress, it may be the cause of more stress on your life. But no matter how stressful sex is it will remain to be people's number 1 vice.
